Refund Policy
At HVAC Total, we strive to deliver high-quality HVAC supplies in perfect condition. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, unused merchandise can be returned by contacting our customer service department. A 15% restocking fee may apply to all returned items, unless they are defective.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your items were delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. We only process returns for unused products purchased from HVACTotal.com. Contact customer service within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. If we made an error with your order, we will send the correct item at no additional cost and cover return shipping. Please inform us of any incorrect items.
The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. For orders with "Free Shipping," original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Contact us to file a claim with the shipper and keep your tracking number. You must choose a reputable LTL Carrier.
To Receive a Refund:
- Items must be in resalable condition.
- Products must be free of damage, scratches, or defects.
- Merchandise must not be installed.
- Original manufacturer packaging (including manuals and accessories) must be included and unopened.
- All free or gift items must be returned.
- Packaging must be free of writing or labels.
- Use a traceable shipping method, such as FedEx or UPS. Do not use USPS.
- Freight-bound equipment must be returned via freight carriers.
- Include the assigned Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items without an RMA will be refused.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at:

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping:
Contact Customer Support for return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted. Depending on your location, shipping times for exchanges may vary. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
