Performance and Efficiency

The ACiQ N80MSN0451412A operates with a 44,000 BTU input and an 80% AFUE rating, resulting in a heating output of 35,200 BTU. This means that 80% of the fuel consumed is converted into usable heat for your home, while the remaining 20% is lost through flue venting and normal operation. As with all 80% AFUE furnaces, this unit requires metal flue venting. If PVC venting is needed, a furnace with a 90% or higher efficiency rating is required.

This furnace is configured for natural gas operation but can be converted to propane with the purchase of an optional LP kit. Please note that this model is not Low NOx or Ultra Low NOx compliant, and shipments to California may incur a mitigation fee.

Warranty

ACiQ provides a limited 10-year parts warranty and a 20-year heat exchanger warranty. To maintain warranty coverage, the furnace must be registered with the manufacturer within 90 days of installation, and installation must comply with all applicable state and local codes.

Installation and Durability

We will not be responsible for any injury or property damage arising from improper service or service procedures. Whoever installs or services this unit assumes responsibility for any personal injury or property damage which may result. Many jurisdictions require a license to install this equipment.

Warranty 

Enjoy a 10-year limited parts warranty when your unit is registered within 60 days of installation. The installation must be completed by a properly certified professional adhering to city, state and federal laws.

Processing Time

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed by 12 p.m. EST on these days are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days and arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends will start processing the next business day. Some items may be backordered, leading to possible delays. Shipping times begin once the order leaves our warehouse. Equipment Arrival

Shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary by address. Upon delivery, inspect each item and match the count with the delivery receipt before signing. Report any missing or incorrect items within 24 hours; claims reported after this period may be denied. Inspect items for damage in front of the driver before signing the receipt. Note any issues like dents or scratches clearly on the receipt or reject the shipment if damaged.

Making Notes on the Delivery Receipt

If the items and quantity on the delivery receipt match what you received and are undamaged, sign and mark the receipt as "Clear."

If items or boxes are missing, mark the receipt as " Short" and list the missing items. We will ship replacements to you at no extra charge. If the strip wrap is torn or replaced, mark the receipt as "Wrap Broken."

How Do I Handle a Damaged Shipment?

If  any items are damaged, mark the receipt as "Damaged," specifying the items and the nature of the damage. Refuse only the damaged items, keep and sign for the rest, and clearly note the refused items on the receipt. Contact our Customer Service to report which items were refused and which were accepted. We will ship replacements once our Shipping Department confirms the damage with the Freight LTL Company. If you sign for the delivery but later discover damage, you are responsible for it. You will need to contact the Freight LTL Company’s claims department directly to file a claim.
